An in-ergy resonating as the scribe’s is quite sensitive to days that are globally traditional. Quick breakdown of the chosen spelling utilizes the suffix “-ergy” denoting work or effect, then applying the prefix “in”, the scribe considers the inner effects of the global celebration, and so the inner conscious work to be in control of effects that are globally contagious. 420 has become a globally contagious informal event which profoundly spells REVOLUTION! No dramatics here, if partaking of the herb is illegal in over 80% of the world’s countries yet a day is allotted for all to blaze together, then history demonstrates that the appetite shall only increase and so the days of celebration must increase. After all, what 420 partakers you know blaze up one day a year…
So…a brief reflection tells a story of a few high school buddies in the early 70’s known as the “Waldos” whom would meet up at 4:20 pm everyday to smoke and hunt for a cannabis treasure, *something like that*. Cool story, may be true, ultimately couldn’t care less and won’t remember any details regarding this legendary conception after this article. Another association is the birthday of Adolph Hitler which the scribe has yet to tie into anything that deals with partaking of the herb. As a matter of fact, the scribe argues if Hitler smoked, the fool would’ve been to high and chill to impose a holocaust as such an agenda would have to be fueled by chronic consumption of alcohol and tobacco, and so the herb would have been quite counterproductive in executing a genocide mission. Another heinous event associated with the informal holiday includes the Columbine massacre when two white boys decided to shoot up their high school. They were obviously not high, as a matter of fact, article after article and report after report yielded information to suggest that the boys were depressed, desperate, and hateful which couldn’t be more contrary of a description for a cannabis blazer celebrating joy, hope, and love.
My most precious bond with the date and the herb is linked thru my beloved grandmother born on April 20th. It fills me with joy to roll up with the family, name our work in honor of her, and light up! The scribe feels her nergy traverse thru the body temple with every pull and exhale. Thinking of Emma Belle fills the scribe with positive vibrations and motivation to press on, push on, move on, and enforce the righteous will at all times. A spirit of love, peace, gentleness, temperance, and harmony radiates from her in memory as was present when perceived in the physical being. 420 is special for whom makes it special, and why they make it special, a day for you to do you; and for the scribe, Ma Belle is the #1 cause to keep such a date and time in mind.
