As a 21st Century scrybe, Eye deemed it necessary to expound in greater detail than the general discussion on the variation of the practice known as kemetic yoga, aka kemyo, according an interpretation conceived in Mind for the times. This particular practice focuses and concentrates consciousness on the state of the spirit to assess how the condition of the soul is manifesting in the physical temple body. Kemyo practitioners understand that they are not their physical bodies, but the possessor of the body embarking on the human experience. Kemyo instructors know the consequences of the possessor navigating the vessel into compromised circumstances causing misalignment. Kemetic yoga is the practice of aligning the will of the soul with the design of the body promoting a harmonious, symbiotic relationship and homeostasis.

Personally, Eye have suffered innumerable traumas as far back as my memories go from a violent upbringing, CTE from ten years of football, social stress and professional stress. This world has most people off balance, and so we must take the initiative to balance ourselves. Eye discovered kemetic yoga when exploring natural, wholistic remedies to address physical rehabilitation from extreme contact sports, emotional imbalance, mental health sustainability, and unrealized mental capacity. Since practicing kemyo, Eye have stimulated innumerable dormant, energy centers in the temple body, corrected joints and ligaments in my knee and rotator cuff, increased clairvoyance, and built stamina to sustain in purposeful works.

Eye am not currently serving exclusively at a particular studio, as Eye am often traveling from the East Coast to the West. Practitioners and studios can book me through appointments for private and group sessions at venues of their own choosing once approved for safety and appropriateness. Eye am also developing workshops based on the philosophy expressed in, Kemyo | First Impression. Last Resort.
